Built with Chiropractors, for Chiropractors

The doctor walks in with the note already drafted.

Every competitor's AI listens and transcribes after the visit. IntakeBridge generates your Subjective SOAP from structured patient intake — before the patient sits down. That's not an improvement. It's a different category entirely.

Subjective SOAP Draft ✨ Ready before visit
SUBJECTIVE

Patient presents with a 3-week history of low back pain with left lower extremity radiculopathy. Onset was gradual following a lifting incident. Pain reported as 7/10 at worst, 4/10 at rest, with exacerbation in morning hours. L4-L5 involvement confirmed via body map...

CPT suggestion: 98941 — Chiro manipulation 3-4 regions
The core difference

Every other platform makes you type notes after the visit.
IntakeBridge has the first draft ready before it starts.

ChiroTouch, ChiroFusion, Jane, CHIROSPRING — they all bolted AI transcription onto old systems. You speak into a mic. It converts to text. Same workflow, slightly faster. IntakeBridge is different: structured intake data maps directly to clinical fields, generating a SOAP Subjective before the patient ever sits in your chair. No dictation. No post-visit documentation. Just walk in, review, and sign.

Draft before the visit
No dictation required
CPT suggestions included
Built for the modern clinic

Everyone claims "AI-powered." None of them built for it.

The market has converged on identical messaging — "all-in-one, cloud-based, AI-powered, HIPAA compliant, built for chiropractors." These aren't differentiators anymore. They're the minimum bar. And behind the AI marketing, it's dictation dressed up as innovation.

ChiroTouch & ChiroFusion 25+ yr old codebase
"Now with AI notes!"
Listen-transcribe-format. AI was retrofitted onto a platform designed in a different era. Setup fees up to $1,000. Clunky migration. Still requires you to dictate after the visit.
Jane App General-purpose
"AI scribe add-on available"
A strong scheduler built for all healthcare. Chiropractic-specific tools (spine mapping, CPT intelligence, X-ray reporting) are absent. AI is an add-on, not a foundation. Not built for how chiros actually work.
CHIROSPRING / IntakeQ Feature-matched
"Smart intake, modern UX"
Better intake than legacy players, but the AI story is still transcription-first. No spine intelligence. No body mapping that feeds documentation. No built-in CRM for patient acquisition. The intake-to-note gap remains.

What actually sets IntakeBridge apart.

Not "AI-powered" marketing copy — six specific capabilities no competitor has fully built. These are the reasons clinics switch.

Every other platform
Dictation AI
Speak into a mic after the visit → AI transcribes → you clean it up. Same workflow, slightly faster.
VS
IntakeBridge
Intake AI
Patient fills structured intake before the visit → AI maps to clinical fields → Subjective SOAP is ready when you walk in.
🗺️

Two-Layer Body Mapping

Patients tap simple regions — lower back, neck, shoulders, hips — in plain language. IntakeBridge automatically maps their selections to spinal levels and clinical regions. Providers get a clinical-grade body map pre-populated from patient input, used during the Objective assessment.

No competitor has a digital pain map that bridges patient language to clinical documentation. They have static checkboxes that go nowhere.
🧠

AI SOAP from Intake, Not Dictation

Structured intake data — chief complaint, pain scale, body map regions, duration, mechanism — maps to SOAP Subjective fields automatically. The draft exists before the patient is in the room. Provider reviews, refines, signs.

Competitors: listen → transcribe → format. IntakeBridge: structured data → structured note. Fundamentally different.
🛡️

Compliance & Legal Defensibility

CPT code suggestions with compliance checking built in. X-ray reporting module with legally defensible structured templates. Orthopedic test suggestions based on patient complaints. Every note is audit-ready from day one.

This is a liability shield built into the clinical workflow — not a billing module you bolt on later.
📣

CRM + Patient Acquisition

Full messaging center with SMS + email templates, AI-assisted message generation, reactivation campaigns, and outreach workflows. Not just appointment reminders — actual patient acquisition, re-engagement, and practice growth tools.

No competing EHR includes a real CRM. They have appointment reminders. IntakeBridge has campaigns.
🏷️

White-Label Patient Experience

Branded patient portal, branded email communications, clinic-specific styling, and custom domain support. Patients see Summit Spine Chiropractic — not IntakeBridge. Every touchpoint reinforces your brand, from intake form to follow-up email.

ChiroTouch, ChiroFusion, Jane — none offer full white-label. Your patients see their software brand, not yours.

AI-Native Architecture

Built from scratch with AI in every workflow — not retrofitted onto a 2009 codebase. Modern cloud infrastructure with no hardware, no installation, and no setup fees. The platform improves as AI models improve, not as a legacy system catches up.

ChiroTouch: 25-year-old codebase with AI bolted on. IntakeBridge: AI is the foundation.

Done before you enter the room.

No dictation. No retyping. No post-visit documentation backlog. The modern intake flow means your clinical intelligence is already structured before the appointment starts.

1
Patient completes intake
Before or at the visit on any device. Interactive spine map, pain scale, conditional logic, consent forms — all in your branded portal.
2
AI structures the data
Chief complaint, body map regions, pain intensity, and duration map to structured clinical fields. CPT suggestions and orthopedic test recommendations populate automatically.
3
Provider walks in with draft ready
You open the note and the Subjective section is already written. Review it in 30 seconds, add your clinical findings, complete Objective/Assessment/Plan.
4
Sign and move on
Finalize, sign, done. Notes complete in minutes, not after-hours. Billing codes suggested. Next patient ready.

Not just intake. The complete EHR — rebuilt from scratch.

What small chiro clinics buy on — fully covered.

We know what keeps a solo practitioner or small group clinic up at night. IntakeBridge was built around these eight requirements from day one.

SOAP note speed
AI Subjective draft ready before the visit. Notes done in minutes, not after close of business.
Predictable pricing
Per location, not per provider. Add 5 providers — your bill stays the same. No add-ons. No setup fees. Starting at $199/mo.
Short learning curve
CAs and front desk up and running in one session. Patients complete intake with zero training.
Billing & claims support
CPT suggestions from SOAP content, claim readiness scoring, 837P preview, and clearinghouse integration on Practice+.
Scheduling & reminders
Calendar management, appointment types, availability windows, and automated SMS/email reminders baked in.
Patient portal
Branded, mobile-friendly portal for intake, consents, history updates, and document access. White-labeled to your clinic.
Real support
In-app chat, email support, and a detailed help center. Priority support included on Practice and Enterprise tiers.
Cloud & mobile access
Works on any device, anywhere. No software to install. Full access from tablet, laptop, or kiosk mode at the front desk.

One price per location. Everything included. No add-ons.

Jane, ChiroFusion, and ChiroTouch charge per provider — then bill again for intake forms, SMS reminders, online booking, and support. A 3-provider ChiroTouch clinic with typical add-ons runs $400–500+/mo. IntakeBridge starts at $199/mo with more features than any of them offer at any price. Add providers without adding to your bill.

IntakeBridge vs. The Market

Five features no competitor offers at any price — then a full cost and feature comparison. No spin, no cherry-picking.

🦴
Interactive Spine + Body Mapping
Click-to-select vertebrae and body regions. Drives AI SOAP suggestions, ortho test recommendations, and clinical narrative. Zero competitors have this.
AI SOAP from Intake — Not Dictation
Every competitor listens to the visit. IntakeBridge generates the first SOAP draft from structured intake data before the patient sits down. That's not faster dictation — it's a different workflow entirely.
⚖️
Compliance + Legal Defensibility
HIPAA audit logs on every plan. X-ray reports with defensible documentation. Outcome tracking that holds up in audits. Built into the workflow, not retrofitted as a compliance add-on.
📈
Full CRM + Patient Acquisition
Most EHRs do appointment reminders. IntakeBridge includes reactivation campaigns, acquisition funnels, and outreach tools. Your front desk becomes a growth engine.
🎨
Full White-Label Patient Experience
Portal, emails, documents, and domain all carry your brand. Most competitors offer zero branding control. IntakeBridge goes to the domain level at Enterprise — and removes our branding entirely at Clinic+.
🏗️
Modern Architecture
ChiroTouch retrofitted modern features onto a 25-year-old codebase. IntakeBridge was built from scratch with smart workflows at every layer — intake, clinical, billing, and CRM. The difference shows in speed, coherence, and what's actually possible.

Questions we get a lot

Honest answers. No sales spin.

What makes IntakeBridge different from an AI scribe like ChiroTouch AI? +
Dictation AI (the kind ChiroTouch, Tali, and most competitors offer) listens to the visit, transcribes it, and formats it into a note. That's still post-visit documentation — just automated. IntakeBridge generates the Subjective SOAP section from structured patient intake data before the visit starts. By the time the patient sits down, the first draft already exists. That's a fundamentally different workflow, not a better version of the same one.
Do I need more providers or locations to justify upgrading to Clinic or Practice? +
No. Higher tiers unlock capabilities, not just more seats. A solo practice that wants to run patient acquisition campaigns, remove IntakeBridge branding from their portal, add X-ray reporting, or use SMS messaging should be on Clinic — regardless of how many providers they have. Practice unlocks full white-labeling (portal, emails, docs), advanced CRM campaigns, insurance billing, and priority support. Those are meaningful clinical and business tools that aren't gated behind team size.
How does white-labeling work across tiers? +
It's a progression. Clinic removes IntakeBridge branding from your patient-facing surfaces and lets you set your clinic name, logo, and colors. Patients see your brand, not ours. Practice extends this to the full white-label: patient portal, outbound emails, and all documents carry your brand with no IntakeBridge references anywhere. Enterprise goes all the way: a custom domain for the patient portal (e.g., portal.yourpractice.com) and a custom sending domain for email — so your patients only ever see your identity.
How is IntakeBridge different from ChiroTouch specifically? +
ChiroTouch is a legacy EHR — scheduling and billing on a 25-year-old foundation with AI retrofitted on top. It has no interactive spine mapping, no outcome assessments (ODI/NDI/VAS), no X-ray reporting with legal defensibility, no built-in CRM, and no white-label option. Their starting price ($159+/mo) is already higher than IntakeBridge Clinic — and that's before add-on fees. IntakeBridge was built from scratch with practicing chiropractors, with AI at every layer.
What happens after the 14-day free trial? +
After your trial, you can choose any paid plan. If you don't choose a plan, your account drops to read-only mode — you can still view all your data, but you can't create new patients, visits, or notes. No data is deleted. No credit card is required to start the trial. There is no free tier; IntakeBridge is a paid product with a generous trial period.
Can I add more providers than my plan includes? +
Yes. Clinic adds providers at +$29/mo each. Practice adds at +$19/mo each (volume discount). Enterprise includes 20 providers with no per-provider fee — contact sales for anything larger. Starter is capped at 1 provider; if you need a second, upgrade to Clinic.
Is IntakeBridge HIPAA compliant? +
Yes. IntakeBridge is built HIPAA-compliant by design: encrypted storage, HIPAA audit logs on every plan, role-based access controls, and secure patient portal authentication. We offer a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) to all paying customers. Every data access is logged — not just for compliance, but as a clinical defensibility tool.
How does annual billing work? +
Annual plans are billed once per year — equivalent to paying for 10 months and getting 2 months free. Starter saves $396/yr ($1,992 vs $2,388 monthly). Clinic saves $600/yr ($2,988 vs $3,588 monthly). Practice saves $996/yr ($4,992 vs $5,988 monthly). Enterprise saves $1,992/yr ($9,996 vs $11,988 monthly). You can switch to monthly at renewal — no lock-in beyond the current annual period.
Does IntakeBridge work for multi-location practices? +
Clinic supports up to 2 locations. Practice supports unlimited locations with per-location settings (hours, staff assignments, intake form customization). Enterprise adds custom domain per location. All tiers share a single admin console — providers and staff can be scoped to specific locations.
How hard is switching from ChiroTouch or another EHR? +
No setup fees, no hardware, no mandatory migration timeline. Most clinics start with new patients immediately and migrate historical data at their own pace. Practice and Enterprise tiers include data import and migration tools. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding support. ChiroTouch-style $500–1,000 setup fees don't exist here — and you can export your data anytime.
